To exercise a UK GDPR right, to ask how driver data is handled, or to raise a concern about how we process personal data. Requests go to the same address and are handled under the process set out in the privacy notice, including identity verification and the one month response period.

If you are a driver whose employer uses the platform, that employer is normally the controller of your position data and should be your first stop. We will say so, and will pass the request on where appropriate.
